The Customer Information System (CIS) is a Comprehensive Computer Aided Sales and Marketing System (CAS/CAM) to aid in the Telesales, Lead Follow-up and Mail List Management of Customers, Leads and Prospects. No Other System on the market offers you so much for so little.
CIS can track leads, prospects, and customers. The system can provide literature fulfillment for all of your"Requests For Information". Target mailings can be produced with unlimited selectivity. After the literature has been sent, the sales effort can continue without the need to re-enter any additional data. The system will prompt the account reps to make their initial call without creating any additional paperwork. All calls that are to be made for a specific day will appear on the 'Call List". Any calls not made when due will remain on the call list until an action is taken.

Link CIS to your Order Entry, Stock Availability, A/R Inquiry, Production Scheduling, Warranty Tracking or any other systems. The user will not ever know that they have left the CIS System.
