Personnel Management System
System Overview
The Personnel Management System (PMS) is a comprehensive Human Resources Management System. The system was developed to track employee attendance tracking and personnel management tracking. The PMS system has many features that are not found in other systems regardless of price. The user can create attendance code for any type of attendance tracking. These codes can also be setup to generate periodic update of accrual processing. The system allows for several methods of calculations. Employees can be tracked for education, previous employment history, skill, training, education, certification, licensing and more. Employees can be maintained in the system after termination for reference tracking. All aspects of employee tracking are included within this system.

Employment History
The Employment History can track all of an employee previous jobs and verification.
Skills/Training
The Skills & Training entry allows the user to capture information about any special skills an employee may possess. The system tracks the number of years of experience and the from and to dates of the training.
Certification/License
The Certification & License entry allows the tracking of any special Certificates and Licenses an employee may carry. The system tracks the employees scores, dates of attendance, expiration date, and a notification flag. The employee may be notified in advance of the expiration of these certifications.
Education History
The Education History allows the capture of all education history. This can be updated as an employee complete stages of their education.
Health Profile
The Employee Health Profile allows the user to track specific information regarding an employees health. These items can be for physical exams or drug testing. The system can also track any special disabilities, allergies or special conditions. The user may also track blood types and last donation dates.
Company Property
The Company Property tracking allows the user to track any company owned property that an employee my possess. This can be for items that an employee may borrow or for items that are permanently assigned to the employee. The system will track when the items were issued, the condition, a scheduled return date, scheduled inspection dates and more.
Union Affiliations
The Union Affiliation tracking allows the user to track any number of union affiliations for each employee.
Dependents
The Dependent tracking allows the user to track and dependents and family members for each employee. The dependents can have different last names for easy tracking. Dependents can also be evaluated for insurance eligibility.
Scheduled Dates
The Scheduled Dates tracking allows the user to track any special dates for each employee. This may be for drug testing, drivers license renewal or any other event that needs to be tracked.
Insurance File
The Insurance File allows the user to track all insurances for each employee. The system will also report track the premium amounts for employee and employer.
Emergency Numbers
The Emergency Number file allows the user to track an unlimited number of emergency contacts for each employee. The file contains name, address, phone numbers, relationships and notes for each of these contacts.
Employee Vehicles
The Employee Vehicle file allows the user to track all vehicles owned by each employee. Each vehicle can be assigned a Parking Permit if required. All vehicles can contain the employee insurance carrier and a verification process and expiration dates.
Employee Information
The Employee Master allows the user to track basic employee demographics, payroll, job, citizenship, employee dates and more.
Job Information
The Job Information screen allows the user to track all aspects of an employees job. The system can track their business title, position, reporting & supervisor, department, job code, group, cost center, shift, grade/skill code, pay grade and exempt status.
EEOC Information
The EEOC information allows the user to capture information on an employee. This information can then be reported for periodic EEOC reports.
Company Information
The Company Information allows the user to capture information specific to an employees location. Item such as mailing address, mail stop, multiple direct phones , fax, cellular, and beeper numbers, e-mail address and computer user ID are captured.
Payroll Information
The Payroll Information screen allows the user to capture information. This information can be very helpful if the organization does NOT do an in-house payroll system. For companies with in-house payroll systems the information can be captured here prior to it=s implementation in the payroll system.
Attendance Inquiry
The Attendance Inquiry will allow the user to display all attendance history for each employee. Attendance can be captured for an unlimited period of time. The system will display accrued, scheduled and taken amounts in different formats. The system has a visual calendar for a year at a time. This information can also be displayed in a detail format.
History Inquiry
The History Inquiry will allow the user to display all history input for each employee. This can be used to track any type of event that has happened to an employee.
